- How do we communicate throughout the website build day?
Video chats are an option, using Zoom Meeting. For the website build, we use a tool that makes it easy for you to comment on and track the work done on your website.
- Can I add an online shop to my website?
Yes. Right now we ask that you contact us to further discuss this option. Soon, we will be launching our One Week Website which covers e-commerce options, including subscription and membership sites.
- How many revisions do I get?
Your website build day includes 3 rounds of revision for each page. Revision are small changes to the design, and not a full redesign.
- Who hosts the website?
We host your website on our optimized servers. We manage all the updates included in your monthly care plan while you focus on growing your business.
- Can I update the website myself once it’s been built?
- Will you write the text for me?
Our main goal is to get you up and running as soon as possible and if it means writing your content for you, we will manage that for you.
- I already have a website, how easy is it to change it?
Our plans are for new website builds and management. This means that we are here to replace your old website. We do not cover websites we did not build under any of these plans.
- Will my website be mobile friendly?

We ask that you keep your website with us for at least 1 year. There are benefits for both parties with a one year agreement. Your monthly fee also covers yearly licenses used on your website. Find out more below.
- Is the domain name included?
If you don’t already have a domain name, we can assist you in getting your domain name purchased during your day. We will open an account under your name and give you all the credentials.

Ready to Launch Your New Website?
Here’s a quick list of what you’ll need before the big day. Don’t worry. If you don’t have all your content, we can create it together on that day.
- Your presence and attention is the most important thing we can ask for. On your webste build day, we need to be your top priority.
- Get as much copy and images as possible. The more the better. Trust me, you can't overdo it.
- Your domain name log in info (registrar). We'll use that to point your domain name to your new website.
- Create a Zoom Meeting account. We'll use that for video calls and screen sharing.
- Create a Search Console Account (we can help with that during the build day).
- All the legal stuff (Privacy Policy, Terms and conditions etc...). We can also help with that during your website build day.
