Written proposal
Detailed proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and total cost. Fixed price, locked scope. No “from $X” pricing games. You read it, ask questions, and decide on your own time.

Do you take on out-of-province clients?
Rarely. We’re focused on Greater Montreal because local SEO requires local context. If you’re in Toronto or Vancouver, we’ll usually refer you to a local agency we trust.
What’s the minimum engagement size?
Every custom WordPress project is scoped individually to your goals. If you need something cheaper than a real custom build, you’re better served by a template-shop or Wix. We’re not the cheapest option — we’re the best fit when you care about ranking and ownership.
How fast can you start?
Usually 2-3 weeks from signed proposal. We run 2-3 projects in parallel — no farming out to junior staff, no offshore handoffs.
Do you do free consultations?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call after our first email exchange is free. No-strings. Worst case you walk away with a clearer view of what your project should look like, even if we’re not the team to build it.
What if I just have a quick question?
Use the form. We answer most quick questions within a few hours. No need to “qualify” or pretend you’re a buyer — if we can help in two sentences, we will.
Do you sign NDAs before discussions?
Yes, on request. We have a standard mutual NDA we can send before our discovery call if your situation needs it.
